AZ Paws started with four friends, countless cups of coffee, and one shared frustration: why was it so hard to find pet products that actually understood what our furry family members needed?

We'd spent years trying products that broke too easily, didn't work as promised, or just didn't fit into real life with real pets. We wanted better for our cats and dogs — and we knew other pet parents did too.

So we decided to create the store we wished existed.

Every single one of us on the AZ Paws team is a pet parent. We know what it's like when your anxious rescue finally curls up in a bed that makes them feel safe. We've celebrated the moment a picky cat actually plays with a toy instead of ignoring it. We've felt the relief when grooming goes smoothly instead of turning into a battle.
