Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We carefully package each item to ensure safe transit, with extra care for fragile products like ceramic bowls, glass containers, and delicate toys.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, $4.99 for orders under $50 (Free for orders over $50)
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days, $10.99 - Coming soon for urgent pet needs
Product Freshness & Quality
We ensure all products, especially grooming supplies and any consumables, are fresh and well within their shelf life. Items are stored in climate-controlled facilities and shipped promptly to maintain quality.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Canada (5-10 business days)
- United States (5-7 business days)
- United Kingdom (7-14 business days)
- Australia (10-15 business days)
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. All international orders are packaged with extra protection for longer transit times.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can monitor your package every step of the way to know exactly when your pet's new products will arrive.
Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any delays affecting your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at azharabeid7@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately because we know your pet can't wait.
